Katalyst Labs is a software studio based in Albany, New York. We build apps that solve everyday problems and help small businesses adopt AI, so useful technology reaches more people, not just the biggest companies.
In chemistry, a catalyst speeds up a reaction without being used up by it. That's the role we want to play: helping people and businesses get where they're already going, faster and with less friction.
Build simple, useful technology that saves people time and helps small businesses compete in the age of AI.
A world where the benefits of modern software and AI aren't limited to large companies with large budgets.
We build for real problems people feel every day.
Good software gets out of the way. We sweat the details so users don't have to.
We're careful with data, honest about what we build, and clear about how it works.
We champion small businesses and believe they deserve the same tools as the big players.
