Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Katalyst Labs LLC collects through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Katalyst Labs LLC (“Katalyst Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company registered in the State of New York and based in Albany, New York. We operate the website at katalystlabs.co (the “Site”). You can reach us at mahi@katalystlabs.co.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site (such as our contact form, consultation request form, product waitlists, or newsletter signup), we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Your name and email address
• Phone number
• Business name, website, industry, and team size
• Your city and product interests
• The content of your message and any other details you include

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security and to keep the Site running properly.

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels on the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your messages and consultation requests
• Schedule and provide consulting services you ask about
• Notify you about early access and launches for products you joined a waitlist for
• Send studio updates if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in the following limited cases:

• Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run the Site, including our web host (IONOS), a form-processing service (Formspree) that delivers form submissions to us, and our email provider. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
• Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Legal reasons. If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Katalyst Labs, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If Katalyst Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies

The Site itself does not set cookies. Third-party services we use (such as Google Fonts or our form processor) may use technologies needed to deliver their services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and maintain business records, and then delete them. Waitlist and newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) when available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update your information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights under applicable law. To make a request, email mahi@katalystlabs.co. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Our apps

This Privacy Policy covers the Site. Our mobile apps, including ParkSense, Brain Dump, and Savory, are in development. Each app will include its own privacy policy describing what data the app collects (such as location data for ParkSense) and how it is used, and that policy will be available before the app is released.

11. International visitors

Katalyst Labs is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
